Oct 6, 2010. Biratnagr 5 Basra tole has been declared as open defecation free zone today in a ceremony. Basra tole  is situated nearby Biratnagar airport. Government officials from Biratnagar sub-metropolitan city, District Public Health Office Morang, and people from Civil forum, Samyukta Tole Sangathan, Lomanti were present on the occasion.
