जिल्ला जनस्वास्थ्य कार्यालयमा कार्यरत रहँदा अनुभूत गरिएका जनस्वास्थ्यका विभिन्न सवालहरुलाई लेखकले  जनचेतनामूलक ढंगले  लेखहरुमा प्रस्तुत गरेका छन् । विविध आयाम समेट्ने ४९ लेखहरुको संगालोले जनस्वास्थ्यका जल्दाबल्दा सवालसित पाठकलाई साक्षात्कार गराइएको छ । प्रस्तुत संगालोलाई लेखकले विभिन्न कारणबश स्वास्थ्य संस्थामा टेक्नै नपाई स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको मुख देख्नै नपाई अर्थात् औषधी उपचार गर्नै नपाई मृत्युवरण गर्न बाध्य पारिएका ती अबोध बालबालिकाहरू र निर्दोष आमाहरूमा समर्पित गर्नु भएको छ ।
